Scene opens with Billie comforting Kate. Kate is hysterical crying because Lucas DID marry Sami after all. She got away with the "Stan" thing and now she's a changed person…happy because of love. She'll never be caught for being Stan since all the evidence was either destroyed or tampered with, and she'll never do anything so bad again, because she has the man that she loves and a man who loves her back. Also, she just found out she's pregnant with a little brother or sister for Will. Lucas and Sami are so happy.

Flash back to Billie and Kate again. In the background, there's some billowing smoke. Kate and Billie don't notice. Kate's still crying (and she looks really horrible with her face all puffy and snots running down her face). Next thing you know, Billie and Kate are both sleeping on the couch (hey, this is Days…not everything has a reasonable explanation). We see that the smoke is coming from a fire in the kitchen. The house is engulfed in flames within minutes and both Kate and Billie burn to a crisp, never to be seen again (though we do hear something that sounds like "help meee….I'm mellllllting" something like the wicked witch).

Dum-Bo (ok, I've always loved Bope, but these past couple of years with Billie always coming first in his eyes and Hope being the fine lady that she is, I really can't stand the way Bo treats Hope anymore and…well, I digress, but that's the reason for the "Dum-Bo" name) hears the wicked witch screams and says "hey, that sounds like Billie or her evil mother, I must go save them." Hope says "Bo, it's probably just another Dimera trick. Just ignore her." Of course, Bo pays no attention to Hope (as usual) and rushes to save Billie. He's also fried to a crisp. Patrick swoops in to comfort Hope.

Then Stefano and Tony hear the screams and they say "Mama?" They rush into the burning house because they think this witchly screaming could only be their family matriarch. Next thing you know, Stefano, Tony and all the evil Dimera plots go up in smoke, never to bother any of the Salemites again. In the background, you can hear Days fans cheering from around the globe. Hooray!

Belle gives birth. The baby is a boy and it looks exactly like Shawn D. She has flashbacks to the night in the barn and finally remembers sleeping with Shawn! She tells Phillip she wants to name the baby Shawn and he FREAKS! "No way, Belly Welly. What would people think? No way you're naming him Shawn, Sugar Plum Honey Muffin Sweety Pie Schmoopy Woopy." But Belle insists. Suddenly, Phillip's true genetics (uh, Kate and Victor's genes!) kick in and he finally shows his truly evil side. He starts telling her he owns her now, and to forget about Shawn. She says she can't. She finally realized she cannot live without true love and must find Shawn. He shoves her and she falls and he starts to kick her. She screams….

Outside in the hallway, we see Shawn and Mimi. They're coming home from some sort of date and Mimi's coming on strong. Shawn is about to give in and kiss her when he hears Belle's scream. "What's that?" he says. Mimi says, "oh it's probably just little miss Belle trying to get your attention. Forget her and take me to bed." He pushes her away saying "Belle's in trouble, I must get to her." He bangs on the apartment door, but no one answers. He hears more screams, and tries the door. Of course, this is Salem, so the door is unlocked. He rushes in and finds Phillip beating Belle. He proceeds to pummel the living crap out of Phillip. He tries to get Phillip's fake leg to beat him with, only to discover both his legs are real! The whole leg being blown off was just a scheme of Phillip and Kate's so Belle wouldn't leave him. Shawn beats him until Phillip is unconscious. Belle says "Thank God, Shawn. You saved me. I remember everything. I remember the night in the barn. I know I can't live without you and I don't care about anything else, I just want to be with you." Belle picks up the baby, as they all cuddle together, and Shawn looks surprised as he sees his mirror image and tears well up in his eyes….

Mimi is there giving Belle dirty looks. She's thinking how she can get revenge on Belle, but then thinks "hey, maybe I have a chance with Phillip."

Brady left Chloe at the altar because he was tired of hearing her whine about her scar (a knockout body, beautiful eyes, beautiful hair, incredible bone structure are not enough for this woman?! You're crying about a scar?! Gad forbid she should ever need a C-section…what then?)

Jack finally tells Jenn about his deadly illness. She cries. Then she says "Wait a minute." She leaves and we see her go to the Horton "home remedies" box and she comes back with the cure. It was hiding under her letter to Frankie. She gives it to Jack and he's finally cured. Frankie falls in love with…get this…gasp….a new character on the show! (after all, there's all that extra money in the budget from getting rid of those others)
