"Of course I understand honey. And, yes...you can go
to the carnival tonight. I have a wonderful new top
for you to wear. I think you will love it. Come upstairs,
so you can try it on.

age need new clothes to wear for school, and their
special dates."
"I had a feeling you liked Rex, so I went to Salem Square
shopping. I stopped in alittle boutique. I saw this darling little
top, just knew you'd look sparkling in it".
Ashley smiled. They sat in her mother's room. Kate took
the top from the drawer, where it was folded so nicely.
Ashley tried it on.
"Wow, Ashley, you look great!"
"Thanks Mom, your the best mom a girl could have".
