I don't feel like EJ and Nicole have good chemistry and EJ's heart is not in it at all. She seems to be ramming this whole thing down his throat. He is taking it far better than most guys would who had had sex with someone in an elevator and then she tells him she's pregnant and expects to move in with him! I think he's trying to get into it, but he is really wishing he were in the same situation with Sami (which he obviously is, though he is still in the dark).

It seems like more people here are rooting for EJ and Nicole? Just curious.

Barbara

I'm beginning to think Sami loves Lucas as a brother now and loves EJ in a lustful manner, but not quite in a deep and meaningful love quite yet. Don't worry fans, she will find another guy to lust after as soon as she gets over the shock of being in the witness protection phase of her life. Who knows she may just fall for a bodyguard if they give her one.

The writers have been teasing, for lack of a better word, both fan bases.
Sami isn't a saint but she has many good qualities and deserves someone who does love her and doesn't come with the baggage of a mother who would do anything to get her out of Lucas's life including luring her to fall off a cliff or a father who is a notorious God-father type who thinks her children are his heirs to mentor so they will grow up to be criminal types.
In my humble opinion, this ejami vs lumi has gone on far too long.   I personally would love to see Sami finally find happiness with a man who truly loves her and with such contentment that she would become a mature woman.   :)   And have her two ex-husbands (with annalments maybe they aren't ex-husbands) or whatever both stuck with their sex playmates who in my humble opinion are both bed hoppers.
And both the lumi and ejami fanbases can both R.I.P.    Too much to hope for.....

I have always wanted Sami and EJ. I do refuse to get into a rape debate. Been there done that WAY too many times. I never liked Sami with Lucas, don't like how they are together. I can sympathize, as a waiting EJami fan, with waiting Lumi fans. It is so very frustrating to be thrown a bone only to have it taken back. It also doesn't help when you have so much writer turnover. People come in with their own ideas and agendas and to heck with history.

Oh yes, I'm completely nauseated watching EJ with Nicole. I like Nicole but can't stand her with EJ!

Justme, I agree that Sami and Lucas wasted years chasing after other people but I don't agree that they were madly in love with each other during all this time.
If love is treating a person with little or no respect, and calling a comatose Lucas, "Veggie boy," then having sex with EJ in a car must have been love too.
I really don't care who Sami ends up with. I'm tired of this story and I'm ready to move on.

I think we all agree that this has gone on so long and #1days described it very well that both fan bases have been thrown a bone and then yanked away.   The writer's strike and turnover of writers have contributed to this mess for sure.
When the Belle, Phil, Shawn, Mimi mess got so bad, well Phil, Mimi and Shawn quit the show (or were fired).   A new Shawn with Belle continued the triangle with a new Phil and finally Shawn and Belle are fired.   When love triangles go on so long, it seems the only way to clean up the mess is for characters to leave the show one way or another.   That is a shame.
How much longer can the viewers tolerate this storyline?   And with two fathers for Sami's twin, how can it ever end?   I remember how some viewers thought the twin's having two daddies would be an interesting storyline.   I thought it would be a disaster without a possibility of ever having a happy ending for any of those involved and it is going to be worse when the twins get older.
Sheryl, there are many kinds of love and I remember my aunt and uncle, lmao, and they said things to each other far worse than Sami and Lucas ever said to each other and did things that my cousin and I still recall and laugh about.  I don't know how many of you remember the show The Honeymooners.   They fought and then always made up.   "Someday, someday, Pow, right in the kisser."   But they ended up kissing.
Well with Sami in witness protection we might have a break from this never ending triangle.   sigh........

It's true that two people who love each other can fight and make up, but that's the difference between what went on with Sami and Lucas during all those years when they couldn't stand each other.
They never once made up or apologized for the terrible things they did to one another. They just continued doing terrible things.
Sami never felt any remorse for things she did to Lucas and even tried to continue to lie her way out of what she did.
If she truly loved him, she would have apologized for lying about Lucas hitting Will instead of trying to continue to lie and say it really happened.
If Sami and Lucas were supposidly in love with each other for all those years and treated each other the way they did, I'd hate to see how they treat people they don't like.
And I guess Sami really admires Nicole and thinks of her as a best friend since she treats Nicole just how she use to treat Lucas, lol.

Sheryl, maybe I'm not getting what you are saying right but it sounds like you regard Lucas as a victim and Sami as the villain.   I think Lucas did some terrible things to Sami.   IMHO if Kate hadn't been interferring all the time and setting Sami up for Franco's murder, tricking her to fall over the cliff, paying Nicole to marry Lucas, drugging her and Brandon and sending Lucas to motel to find them in bed naked together for starters that maybe they'd worked things out regarding Will's custody and surely they'd been married at one of the first and second weddings.
As far as I'm concerned when Lucas told Chloe today that Sami had always been a pain and he was glad she was gone that the writers have made a 180.   I think that Ejamis and Lumis have been skunked.    And like I have said before, they will never allow Sami to be happy.   Two kids and one in the oven and no husband.   And their fathers with her two worse enemies.
This thread has wandered off topic.
Plenty of viewers want Sami with EJ.   Others wanted her with Lucas.   Both groups have been jipped.

I'm not saying Lucas was a victim and Sami the villian. They both were villians and treated each other terribly. There's was no love loss between the two of them and I don't think the writers did a 180 yesterday, they just reinforced the fact that there was never this long love affair between the two of them.
They hated each other until the Salem murder mystery awhile back.
And I seriously doubt Sami and Lucas would have gotten married back in the day when Kate set her up for Franco's murder since they didn't like each other, lol.
Sami was actually falling in love with Brandon Walker and just maybe if she followed her heart instead of continuing to chase after Austin, she might have found happiness.

In regards to the original topic.

Yes, Barbara... I don't feel like EJ and Nicole have good chemistry either.
And EJ's heart is not in it at all.
I also think he wishes he was with Sami. I do wish the writer's will let Sami be happy with him and their children. I'd finally like to see a lasting marriage in Sami..with EJ. And no more back and forth, and another divorce for her. In reality there's not always happy endings. But..in this case I'd like one.
Then....Please DOOL's let us move on from this to other storylines.

Sami and EJ are great together, and I hope the writer reunite them. EJ and Nicole are only together because EJ thinks Sami doesnt want him anymore. Nicole will always be second choice for EJ , a concellation prize so to speak. If she thinks otherwise she is really fooling herself. EJ and Sami belong together, with real chemistry, not like him and Nicole who seemed forced.

I disagree.  Those snapshots, while very nice, are onesided.  There are parts of the show where EJ is kissing Nicole  the head as well while he looks all loving and such.  I see PASSION with EJ and Nicole, not a puppy dog relationship, where EJ is beggin for Sami's affection that she cannot give b/c she has lust, not any type of real down deep type of feelings for him.  When you see EJ and Nicole in the height of a moment like in the elevator or at the mansion...they seem to set the screen on fire.  When Sami and EJ were together it was like lets see how romantic we can get them and it just turned out awkward in my opinion.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.   IMO, Sami & EJ have not had any chemistry together since the Colleen/Santos storyline.  Before that, when it was clear that Sami had feelings for EJ and she was trying to fight them, and all they did was bicker with each other, they were really great together.  they were hilarious, with underlying passion.   now they are so boring.

I'm an Ejami fan but I'm just so disappointed at the way EJ is handling his business. I could understand him falling out of love with Sami and moving on with someone else but with Nicole, Sami's enemy? Not to mention that he still loves Sami and only used Nicole to make her jealous and admit that she really loves him. (No matter what he's telling Nicole) That became very clear when her jealousy led to their night of passion in May. He has continued to tell her that there would be no Nicole or anyone else if she wasn't so fickle. If I was in Sami's situation I would feel vulnerable too. Consider how things have been. When she was in the hospital (found out she was pregnant) where was EJ? having dinner with Nicole. When she went to tell him that she was pregnant where was he? with Nicole finding out that she was pregnant. The second time she wanted to tell him where was he? He'd already moved Nicole into the mansion and was getting busy with her on the livingroom couch. She also witnessed a murder and was then embarrassed and humiliated by Nicole. Don't forget the sexervator when Nicole got pregnant. Who was standing right there when they got off the elevator? Sami; along with  many other onlookers. ( She had no way of knowing that EJ called out her name while having sex with Nicole) I understand that Sami keeps pushing him away but can't he give it more than five minutes before he runs back to Nicole? At the Horton cabin she told him to go to Nicole because the pregnancy was a sign that they were meant to be. What was she suppose to say? I'm pregnant too. She could have but then what drama would that have caused? He didn't waste any time going to Nicole. Friday is the first time he took a stand against Nicole for Sami. (to little to late) I mean his timing is what is keeping Ejami apart. He says that he knows her so well and yet when he looks in her eyes he can't see that she loves him? Or, is he to focused on seeking someone to soothe his bruised ego? All he has done is make it more difficult for Ejami to find there way back to each other. Not to mention how eager Nicole is to soak up his every word about family and the white picket fence. She is not naive enough to buy into his words. She has nothing and noone else at this time....  The whole storyline is just so frustrating to watch. Is that why they call it soap opera? JMO

I just wanted to add that even though Sami is pregnant in real life and the writers chose to write in her pregnancy they should still be able to come up with a sl better than what we are seeing on our screens.
