How are you going to move 5,287 members to a new site?
Have you made a decision where to move yet?
You sure don't have over 5,000 participating members, so a bunch will have to be deleted from membership.
I'm only asking because I am a group manager also, and I have no ideas yet on where we will be going. If you find a good forum spot, please post it somewhere so I can check it out. Thanx

If we decide to use the multiply site, this site will migrate there and once it's established, you all will be given a notification that the site was set up and they'll be a link to join the site.
Actually, some of you may have gotten this e-mail already since I did migrate the site to multiply. I'm just not sure we're going to use the site.
I'm hoping to work on the site over the weekend and then decide if I like it.
Right now I'm not too impressed.
There are a lot of free message boards but I don't think any of them compare to what MSN had to offer, even with all their glitches.
I guess like the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end."
When I started with the internet and joined groups that talked about Days, all we ever really had was a message board so it may go back to that.

muliply seems to be running very slow.I'm guessing thats just because of the over flow of people checking it out

I join Multiply and I'm loving it. I have a new group there too Sheryl. I called it Leri's Cabin. I'm learning the site right now. Haven't decide how my theme is gonna be. If ur a manager you can merge ur group there.

Hi Sheryl,
Whatever you decide, can you please email me the link?
I am not that active now cause I am having some health issues, but soon enough, hopefully I will be ok.
Thank You
Diana

I love this group!  I have tried others in the past, but none compared to this one. :(  Hopefully whatever you all decide will be as easy and fun as this group!    We still have 4 months, lets make the most of it!!!!!!

CRACKLINrosie31, ladybugh07 and crudscraper ~  I reposted your messages above without your emails. This is a public site, meaning anyone can open it up and read all messages, so to protect you I removed the addresses.

When and if we decide to invite everyone to Multiply, we will send out a message to all members through the manager tools and everyone, regardless of whether you have your emails hidden in your profile, will get the invite in the inbox for the email you use when you log in.

Thank you, Kris for hiding my addy. The problem I may run into is that when I registered on MSN, I used my home addy for email and since then we have gone from dial-up to DSL and we have a new e-mail addy. So if you send anything to that addy it will go into 'outer space' and never get to me. LOL.  Another problem I have with MSN is that I am constantly logged in. I never have to log in. If I log out I am still logged in. Even if I exit the windows messenger, I am still logged in. Guess they really love me or I am living up to the title of dumb blonde, and don't know diddly about such cyber stuff.

You have a good point. We will make sure to post the information on this board too so that anyone in your situation will see the invitation and get the link.

Why don't you look into Invision Free?  We moved a group over there a few years ago and it's great!  The format is different than MSN, BUT, it's so easy to use and best of all, there's never been one single glitch on that site ever in the two years we've used it.  Not slow, never looses posts, nothing!  It's awesome!

The message boards that I've suggested we use are very similar to invision Free.
It would be nice to find a site similar to these groups but I don't think that will happen.
Sheryl
