I could not believe what a brat Sami was being to that Vegan Cop. Sure he wasn't the most charismatic guy but everything he did was in an effort to protect her. He got a doctor for her like she asked and didn't smoke in the house and was insisting she play by the rules. She chose to go into witness protective custody, it isn't like she was kidnapped. I am a big Sami fan....but I am just really tired of each and every new group of writers that take over insisting on this character being so immature and selfish and scheming. Can't she be intersting without writing her so bratty, angry and childish? I want to root for her and see her happy for once. And I am having a hard time being in her cheering section right now. Hopefully this new lady cop will set her straight and teach her a lesson. |

I totally agree. and why do they have her in such a dinky little place. As I recall, when her and EJ were in the "safe house" it was pretty big and comfy! |

I, too, am a fan of Sami's and she did such a great job when she was saying good-by to twins. She cried but wasn't hysterical. It seems with Melanie and Chelsea being so bratty that the writers would allow Sami's character to lose that nastiness. But as far as chosing to be in witness protection, I'd say that Sami had no choice. And she is away from her babies, in a dingy room, not able to see a doctor. Her babies are with her two worse enemies, Chloe and Nicole. She still hasn't sorted out what she is going to do about the baby. Everytime she has tried to tell EJ, something comes up! I don't think it is any worse for her opting to take a "time out" by being in witness protection than for Lucas to go to the Horton Cabin. If EJ did know she was pregnant, he'd definitely be "controlling" and not allow her to go into witness protection and I agree that the mansion is not the place for Sami to be. There is Stephano, Nicole and that's where the murder took place. I don't know why the writers had to dig up such awful agents for Sami and I can't imagine that there is only "one" person guarding her. I think I'd be a little feisty myself if I were pregnant with a baby that wasn't planned in that dinky room with a hit man after me and missing my babies 1st birthday party. Like she said, the hit man is free and she's a prisoner. |

I just made a comment about Sami in another thread saying she shouldn't be doing all this complaining since she agreed to go into the witness protection program. I think she has every right to be upset about it, but she shouldn't be taking her frustrations out of the people who are trying to protect her. And, just maybe if she told someone she's pregnant, they'd treat her a little differently and be sure she was given some care. Sami needs to show a little more respect for her protectors and drugging one, wasn't a great idea. Sheryl |
