I've been skimming through GH for the past few days since I got so disgusted with Days after they aired the repeat of Nicole's fantasy and I have a couple questions that I hope someone can answer for me.

First of all, I use to watch this soap many years ago so I'm familiar with some of the people but most of the cast are strangers to me.

Today however, Anna (Robin's mom) was on. It was nice seeing her. Is she only back temporarily until Robin has her baby?

Is Robert still alive?

Second, was that Rick Springfield she was talking to? I "think" I remember reading some time ago that he was coming back to the show but I forget when that was or how long he was back for.

And is Robin's husband his son?

Also, I got the impression that the burnt dr could be another son. I forget his name but I think it's our old Shawn. Is that right, about it being Jason Cook?

One more thing. I don't know the kid's name but he was trying to find a new love interest for Carly. Does he talk in riddles? I haven't a clue what he was trying to say so I ended up FF through most of his scenes. I wanted to watch since our old Belle was in the scenes but the two of them were driving me nuts, lol.

I'm not sure how long I'm going to stick with this show. I was thinking after today I'd cancel any more scheduled recordings but now I'm interested to see what the story is with Laura. Is she really awake or is Lulu imagining it?

Oh, and why is Lulu in that facility?

I forgot NIck, Lulu and Luckys half brother. Nick is the Prince....

I'm kind of familiar with Laura's kids but it looks as if there's been some break ups since Laura came back the last time.

I seem to remember one of the wives cheated on her husband.

I didn't get a chance to watch much of yesterday's show but it started off looking as if Laura hadn't come out of her coma.

I wonder if yesterday's show tells us whether or not she's awake.

Maybe I'll get to watch it later today.

I feel bad that she got shot but she just doesn't seem to fit with Sunny. At least from what little I've seen of the show.

I think Oliva and Sunny seem more like a good match.

Is Bobbie Spencer still on the show?

Do you know where this child is?

I'm a little confused about something. I thought it sounded as if Ric and Sunny were brothers but now I'm not so sure.

The guy who walked in on Ric and the wheelchair guy (sorry, I'm not good on names yet) talked as though he was Ric's father but I thought Sunny's father was at the wedding so that couldn't have been him and if Sunny's father was at the wedding, I guess it means they're either not brothers or they don't have the same father.

LOL Sheryl, it is hard keeping it straight. Rick and Sonny are not close, they kind of hate each other. Rick was always jealous of Sonny and has done some horrible things in the past.Trevor ,ricks dad, made his mom choose between Sonny and Rick and she chose Sonny. Sonny never trusted him, so even when Rick tried to make amends, Sonny kept him at arms length. Once Sonny started to let his guard down and Rick started to gaslight him to make hjim think he was losing his mind so he would depend on Rick. Jason ( I think it was Jason) proved what Rick had done and that was the end for him. They have a weird connection.

I guess this is typical of a soap opera, lol. Everyone is related to one another.

Maybe I'll figure it all out one day, if I stick with the show.

Olivia's secret is out. I guess she and Sonny did have a child together.

BTW, I like the actress who plays Olivia. I hope she sticks around.

I think she played a character on OLTL for awhile and I liked her there.

I also think she seems like a better match for Sonny.

I used to watch thsi show off and on for years, especially when Stephen Nichols and Mary Beth Evans (Steve and Kayla) were on it. Now that Jason Cook is on I have been watching it with interest. I love the fact that Alan Quartermaine appears as a ghost. I'm glad they kept that character on the show. And I just love Spinelli! I think he is hilarious and so is that Nurse that has the hots for Nicholas Rick was married to the D.A. at one time wasn't he? And I don't think that Laura is really awake, I think that Lulu imagined it. But who was the person who overheard her talking to Johnny that she killed what's his name? Logan?? I forgot. I think that the actor who plays Johnny is hot, hot, hot!! I think that I'll have to check out the web site for General Hospital to learn all of the characters names.

Rick was married to Alexis the DA . They have a child together named Molly.

It can't be Logan, he is dead. I think it is Trevor who overheard Lulu saying she killed Logan. He is now trying to gaslight her to get her away from Johnny. If not Trevor then Scotty but if it were Scotty he would be more active in going after her not just sending notes.

Trevor wants Lulu and Johnny apart, and he is the one who crept into the shadows to hear Lulu talking.

Alexis has two children. Her first child is Sonny's daughter and the second is his brothers daughter. Alexis is one of my favorite characters but she keeps making the wrong decisions as it goes for men. Now she is infatuated with Jerry who is baaaad to the bone.

Sam is Alexis' daughter and they just found out a couple of years ago. Sam, although she tries to be a good daughter, keeps sleeping with her mothers men. She slept with Rick and now it appears that she may sleep with Jerry to find out his secrets. Thats some mother and daughter team.

GH is terrific.
