I watched the entire show tonight so I thought I'd comment on all the contestants.
It's down to the top 10 and after tomorrow, it will be down to the top 5.

Up first was :
Paul Salos, the Sinatra singer. He doesn't impress me at all. I thought he sounded rather blah.

Kaitly Maher: She's adorable but she seemed way off key tonight and sounded awfully nervous. There's no way I'd want to sit and watch her sing for an hour or even buy her CD. I can't understand half of what she's singing since her voice is so immature. She needs to go home.

Donald Braswell: I thought he was wonderful as usually. Of course he happened to sing one of my favorite Josh Grobin songs so that helped, lol.

Jessica Price: She has a nice voice but I don't think she was as good as the judges made her out to be. She was just alright.

Joseph Hall: Pierce is right. He can't sing but he's entertaining. I get a kick out of him. I just wish he had a voice like Elvis.

Neal E Boyd: I love this guy but I didn't care for his song choice. The only thing good about his performance was the strong high notes.
The judges are right. He needs to stick to opera.

The Wright Kids: Cute kids but they sounded horrible.

Queen Emily: I like this lady but I thought she sounded terrible tonight. It sounded like she was just screaming. The judges thought she was great but I think she picked the wrong song. She still needs to be in the op 5 but she better find a song more suited to her voice.

Nuttin But Strings: Tonight was the first time I heard them from beginning to end and I enjoyed the song and their playing. However, I would not want to listen to an hour of them playing their violins. Just not my cup of tea.

Eli Mattson: I thought his piano playing was excellent but I don't care for his voice. I think he needs to stick to piano playing and get someone else to do the singing.

My top 5 picks are:

1. Donald Braswell
2. Neal E. Boyd
3. Queen Emily
4. Joseph Hall
5. Nuttin But Strings

I agree about Paul Salos /Sinatra singer.   I thought he picked a great song but it wasn't in the right key for him and he sounded so weak.   Doubt that he'll be back.
I agree that Kaitlyn was also off and sounded so weak.   Here and there she sounded OK but doubt she'll be back.
Donald Braswell.   I was disappointed that he picked Josh Groban's song because I think it made him a Josh imitator and that song belongs to Josh.  He'll be back.
Jessica Price is nice and might be back.   She has come a long ways but she doesn't stand out.   She could be back.
Joseph Hall.   Lots of  noise and movement but doesn't impress me personally.   Crowd seems to love him.
Neal Boyd.   I hope he comes back and I hope he picks a selection that really shows his talent and voice.
The Wright Kids.   OK but that song was so repetitious and boring.   I don't think they'll be back.
Queen Emily.   I love this lady and she's my favorite so I probably overlook any of her short comings.   Hope she comes back.
Nuttin But Strings.   Not my kind of music.   Lots of noise and movement but I agree, I couldn't take an hour of them.
Eli Mattson:   He's good.   Crowd loves him and I think he'll be back but since I'm not a Eton John fan, well his style isn't what I personally like.

I'm looking forward to seeing who the top five are and I hope that who ever they are that they pick the right song and have it all comes together for them and give the performance of their lifetime.

If you haven't seen the results show and don't want to know who made it through, don't scroll.....

The 5 remaining contestants are:
Nuttin But Strings
Queen Emily
Neal E Boyd
Donald Braswell
Eli Mattson

I would have kept Joseph Hall instead of Eli but I'm so glad my 3 favorites made it.
Thank goodness America didn't put Kaitlyn through.
I think I'm still leaning towards wanting Donald Braswell to win but I'd be happy if Neal or Queen Emily won.

Nuttin' But Strings blew me away!! I could sit through an hour and a half of one of their concerts! Most definitely!!!

I am also very impressed with Neal E. Boyd. These are my two favorites. Donald Braswell is good vocally, but I think an hour and a half with him in Vegas and I'd either be asleep or drunk. He needs to perk it up a bit and connect more to his audience.

I would love to sit through an hour and a half of Donald Braswell singing. In fact, "if" he should win, I just may look into seeing him perform in LasVegas.
He sings my kind of music.
I can't wait until next week. I really hope Donald, Neal, and Queen pick good songs that show off their  talent.
I'm more of a singer fan rather then a musical instrument player fan.
I normally skip the Overtures on any of my musical CDs because I'd rather hear the singing.

I like instrumental music and in fact have a degree in Instrumental music but although Nuttin but Strings are talented, they don't play my type of music.   Love Donald and am a fan of Josh.   I also like Neal and I do like the opera but I know most people don't.   Queen Emily type of music isn't my favorite but I do like Mae West.   I'd love to hear Queen Emily sing, I like a Guy that takes his time.    Good luck to them all.   I can hardly wait!
