Wow I knew what vertigo is but didn't realize it could be that bad. Can you drive with it? I would imagine that would be a problem.  I would hate it. I used to faint alot in my younger days and I would hate the feeling.  It would happen if I got scared or stressed. I remeber the first time it happened. I was only 5 or 6 years old and watching my father fix something in the basement. The screw driver slipped and he stabbed his finger and it was bleeding. I ran up to tell my mom but the room started spinning and all I got out was "mom I feel funny". The next thing I knew I was on the floor with my mom holding ammonia under my nose screaming for my dad. Poor man needed first aid himself and there he was trying to revive me,lol.

I hope you can get this under control. Maybe when you go down stairs go very slowly and make sure you aren't dizzy first. Yikes, you can get seriously hurt.
