My hubby loves Chili's honey mustard and I know it has mustard, honey and mayo but I don't know what proportions to use.  Anyone know?

not trying to disappoint you or anything but you won't ever find the  recipe for the honey mustard from chillis.  i use to work there for a very long time and they never gave their recipes out to anybody.  i wanted one for the salsa and that is the answer they gave me to that and anything else i asked for.  i am not trying to be a beep but thats how they are in that company.  the corporation name is brinker international they might be able to help you possibly. they have a website but i do not know what it is off hand.  i hope they can help you at least.

Check out this site...topsecretrecipes.com  I have made Chilis enchalada soup from this site and it was awesome.  Once you find the site type in Chilis and it will show you all from that restaurant.  I'm not certain these are acutal recipes or clones.  Either way I'm sure it is pretty close.  The soup I made was.

Hope this helps!
