I'm not sure what this is called but it's super easy and very light. I made it for Christmas and it was a huge hit.
1 Box light twinkies
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
1 sm container cool whip
1/2 - 1 cup crushed walnuts
Cut twinkies lengthwise and line cream side up in 9x13 pan. (it should take 9 twinkies) Spread drained crushed pineapple over twinkies. Spread cool whip over pineapple. Top with crushed walnuts. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. (Use more or less cool whip and walnuts to taste.)
