Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups 2 8 oz. pks. cream cheese 1/2 cup margarine Small can chopped black olives Green pepper and onion chopped very fine (depends on how much you like. I don't put too much or it overpowers the cream cheese.) Microwave the cream cheese and margarine, till it is soft and you can mix it together easily. Add other ingredients. Spread on flour tortillas and roll. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours then slice into pinwheel shapes. These are a favorite in Colorado and are quick, easy and yummy. |

Whiskey Weiners (perfect for Superbowl Sunday!) 1-2 c. BBQ Sauce (any or you can use my recipe in sauces and gravy's) 2 Packages of Lil' Smokies any flavor (mix and match! :-) 1/4 c. Whiskey any brand 1 crock pot dump everything in a crock pot and simmer for at least 1-2 hours or until desired tenderness (the longer you cook the more mushy they become) If you use my BBQ sauce from Sauces and Gravy's substitute whisky for beer and you can still add the extra Whiskey if you would like |

Burgandy Meatballs These are really good as an appetizer or served over rice, as a meal. 1 lb lean ground beef 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs 3/4 cup milk 1 small onion, minced 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1/4 cup salad oil 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 cup red Burgandy wine 1 beef bouillion cube (or 1 envelope) - In a large bowl mix well first 7 ingredients; shape into 1" balls.
- In 12" skillet over medium-high heat, in hot salad oil, cook meatballs, a few at a time, until browned, removing them as they brown.
- Into drippings remaining in the skillet, stir flour until blended.
- Gradually stir in 1 cup of water, Burgundy and bouillon and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bouillon is dissolved and mixture is thickened.
- Add meatballs and heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
