Thank you Kelly Jo and I am so glad you enjoyed it! That is an amish recipe that I got from a cookbook printed locally. I have to get busy and post some more recipes, since Days is so boring lately. |

Thank you Twirp2 for the recipe: Cream of mushroom and onion soup pork. It was yummy. The whole family loved it. I cooked it in the crock pot on high for about 3 hours. ~Suki~ |

You are very welcome Suki! We aren't much for pork here, but when its already cheap and then on sale too it's hard to pass up so I have to make it taste as good as it can LOL! Glad you tried it! BTW for those of you looking for a variety of quick fixins I have tried almost every one of those new Pace's Creations and they are not to shabby thrown in the crock pot with some chicken breasts! |

Yvette, I am so glad that you tried the low carb pizza and liked it. My husband dearly loves pizza and being diabetic, couldn't eat it as often as he liked. I tried the low carb pizza dough mix, and it was okay, but alot of trouble to roll out b/c it was really stiff. This seemed like the perfect solution, and you would never know it was a tortilla wrap! Good luck on your diet! |

Patty, I tried your Cola Chicken weight watcher recipe tonight. It was really good, and my husband couldn't believe the sauce had diet coke in it. I checked out cola chicken recipes on recipezaar too. To your recipe I added a few dashes of worchestershire sauce and salt and pepper which I doubt would add any points to the chicken. I did thicken the sauce a little and served it over rice. Thanks for sharing, I will make this again! ~Suki~ |

Hey Suki! I usually check this board every day, but I've been slack this week. I'm so glad you liked the cola chicken. I have been on a low fat, low cholesterol diet now for about 4 or 5 months now. I thought it would be hard, but the more I read and learn, the easier it gets. I can't believe I can actually have a lot of the foods that I thought I couldn't and they still taste good with the changes I have to make to them. BTW, I always have to thicken the sauce a little too. I thought it was because I was cooking with electric, but I'm not sure if that was it or not. I love cooking with gas, but very few apartments have it. |

Awww, I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I actually got the recipe from my sister, who got it from a potluck she had at work. It's addictive, so I only make it for special occaisions or potlucks and picnics. |
