Stephano returns.   Well that proverbial phrase of **** hitting the fan comes to mind about this episode.  lol

I hope Chelsea and Daniel are totally over.  

Looks like Lucas gets custody of some sort of Ali and I expect Sami will over react and do something stupid.   Maybe she'll spend her pregnancy in jail.   Seems like this would be hard on Ali to be taken away from her mother as Ali doesn't really know Lucas.
