What about a dictionary board............not called that but i'm thinking lol, I just told lea about it and she wants to join lol.  She asked me what cous cous was and I thought, hmmm, there are always words or styles of cooking or foods that people don't always know about, cous cous, polenta for instance so we could do a board where we describe something or what a bain-marie is or something like that.
Maybe call it beginers guide or something????

There are loads of french terms in cookery, and other languages too that just confuse people and make them less inclined to try new stuff.   What shall we call the board?

Ok, I've called it a glossary for now, if thats ok. Weights and measures maybe should just do a page rather than a board? Do you wanna do that?
xxjojoxx

need weights
liquid quantities
temperatures

Also want soft ball, caramel etc all those temps..................do you need help or you ok with that?

Just do it and add one of the cookery borders
