I ordered a Ciener .22 conversions for my Beretta mdl 92 last January 2008. I have yet to received it. Not only that but when I attempted to call the company all I got was a answer machine. I tried to email them and their email address would not accept emails. So I wrote them a letter and finally two months later I got an answer. They stated that if I wanted information about my order I would have to send them $10 for them to research the order. They have had my money for 7 months now and I still do not have the product.
I would suggest you buy a conversion kit from any other maker but Ciener.  Seven months wait for a product and the nerve of them to tell me I have to pay for an answer is just too much.  I wrote to them that I wanted my money back but they have not answered me in the last 2 months.

He has got my money now and all I can do is wait for the .22 unit  M.A.Y.B.E  Getting here some time.  This is rediculas.  I have a notion to write to Shotgun News and tell them to stop accepting his ads.

                           SURPRISE!
I got my Ciener conversion kit finally. After 7 months of waiting, I finally got it. I am anxious to get it out and shoot it. I sure hope it works cause I will never send it back to them. I might not see it again and they will charge me to open the package and read my letter. I still do not recommend anyone buy from this company. There are better companies and as accurate and well made conversions on the market. I just believed their advertisements. Never again.

Just getting around to reading all the messages. You know sarge if I were you I think I would send them a registured letter,(that always gets their attention.) and tell them to return my d-mn money that I have found a reputable company to deal with.
