~4 Layer Chocolate Pie~
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 3 TBSP confectioner sugar
- 1 - 8oz cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioner sugar
- 1/2 container large cool whip
- 2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- Nuts
Use 11 x 7 1/2 pyrex dish.
1st Layer: Mix first 4 ingredients and press into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, cool
2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip and pour into cooled crust.
3rd Layer: Mix pudding according to pkg directions except use 3 cups of milk.
4th Layer: Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serves about 12
