~Taco Soup~........another great Weight Watcher Recipe, a 1 cup serving is 4 points
- 1 lb 96% fat free ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 big can crushed tomatoes
- 1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- 1 pack Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can rotel
Brown beef and onion together. Rinse well. Drain. Mix with rest of ingredients and heat well............can garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream
I usually double this recipe and put it all in the crockpot and let it simmer for a few hours..
