  | | | | I also go for walks plus I joined curves and excerise three times a day. I am  fighting this battle myself. I am 57 and loose and gain. I am way over  weight. I 203 now. I was 258.  Now I am  starting all over. Did you happen to see that program "I can make you thin " He use mental imaging to stop cravings. He had  you think of something really yucky when you carved food . Then you were suppose  to push you thumbs together and think of something yucky. Such as hair clipping and worms  in your ice cream  etc. Every time carved something think of that and your  craving should  go  away. Plus he had you tap below your eye then shoulder then your hand this was to  stop one  from thinking about food. It does not matter where you  really tap it was just to help stop thinking of food.   Good luck just hang in and take baby steps. |

 | Puzzler, thanks for the tips from the show.  I think those would work for me.  I'll have to try and let you know.  Are you trying these things as well?   Hugs, Raven |
