Morning everyone! I finally drug myself out of bed! I had a wonderful weekend, met some really interesting people.Its funny how certain people with a certain story, enter your life at just the right time.I did alot of talking(surprise surprise), laughed , cried, ate too much, and didn't sleep enough, but it sure was alot of fun.
I see I am so behind here so I must go catch up.I can't spend too much time because Al tells me we have to remove our wall and flowerbed across the back of our yeard.It kind of ticks me off , because the contractor told me just a month ago we didn't have too and I went and dug and fixed it all for the winter when i could have just took everything out then.Now we have to remove the plants and i don't know if they will survive , its kinda late for them to take.I guess we'll see.I thought I was going to have a relaxing day.Ha! Wishing you all a good day and a good start to a new week!

I think that weekend is exactly what you needed good deal,I wish they had those weekends here. Yes I'd be ticked about the flowerbed too.But the thing is what if the people buying that land mind it?Maybe that's why your moving it.Enjoy your day hope those plants transfer well hugs PamGL |

Well Cape, I guess it is just the same with you. The only difference is that it is just a different person holding the stick that is always stirring something up for you! LOL. Good Morning Cape, Well that is too bad about having to move your flower beds. That would make me a little upset too. I'm glad that you had a good time at the girls retreat. Cape , Sounds like the womens retreat was every thing it was meant to be. These retreats are good for the soul. Sorry you are having to move your wall & flower beds. Dont let it get ya down, jut put on the big girl panty & it will all work out. remember you have the power to choose how you fell . Hugs Paula |

Good evening Cape, Yes I'm pleased too that I feel more back to "normal" whatever normal is! Tony was only saying that it's nearly a year since my op, where does the time go??? That oats of yours sounds nice, one of the supermarkkets here used to do a maple and pecan variety, but it's been withdrawn for some reaon. I could do my own, but I'd be tempted to add too many nuts, plus I can only eat them finely chopped, so the ready done one was good. Glad you had such a good weekend away, certainly sounds a lot of fun. I used to be o.k. with really late nights and early mornings, but no longer like you, now it's early nights and late mornings! lol What a nuisance about that wall and having to move all those carefully planted flowers, shame you didn't get it in writing what that contractor said last month. That oatmeal sounds good Cape. I don't add sugar to mine, I make it using soya milk sweetened with apple juice, so no need. I quite often sprinkle over a few blueberries or raspberries, or even a fruit yogurt, the hot and cold is quite good together. Phil x |
