IVE BEEN TO THE DOCTORS AND I HAVE A MUSCLE SPASM IN MY BACK.

IF IT DOESNT GET BETTER IN 2 WEEKS I WILL HAVE TO GO FOR PHYSIO.

THE TABLETS HE HAS PUT ME ON WOULD KNOCK A HORSE OUT..LOL.

OH WELL..SHOULD GET SOME SLEEP AT LAST

still the same im afraid hun.. and ive stopped takin the pain killers cus ive had side effect.

back to docs tommorow see if i can try something else.
