The scene opens up in the parking lot of a local gym somewhere in Tuscon, Arizona, the site of the final WGEF Smackdown of the year 2006, in which the main event is a Street Fight between John Cena and Summer Fox, also on Smackdown is a seconed main event match with will see Deacon Havok going one on one with David Steel. The camreas pan around the parking lot, untill they show David Steel sitting on his car, seraching though his phone looking for a number, he then hits the dial button, and puts the phone up to his ear, as he waits for the person he is phoning to awnser.
???: Hello.
David Steel: Hey Serenity babe, its me.
Serenity Adams: Oh hey baby, where the heck are you? I thought that you said you would be at the arena by now?
David Steel: Yeah yeah, I know that I did babe, and I'm sorry that I'm a little late. I must of just lost
track of the time. I mean you know what I'm like when I'm working out?
The two laugh a little
Serenity Adams: Yeah, yeah I know you seem to go into your own little world, when your out training. Anyway are you going to be coming to the arena soon?
David Steel: Yeah, anyway don't worry babe, I'll be there before you know it.
Serenity Adams: Well that's good, because I miss you.
David Steel: Yeah I miss you to. Anyway I better get going, I'll be there as soon as I can okay.
Serenity Adams: Okay babe, I love you.
David Steel: Yeah, I love you to. I'll see you when I get to the arena.
Serenity Adams: Okay, oh beofre I forget I just had a look at the card for Smackdown and you have a match.
David Steel: Really? Who with?
Serenity Adams: Deacon Havoc.
David Steel: Okay. Anyway I'll see you when I get to the arena okay baby.
Serenity Adams: Okay bye babe.
David Steel: Bye.
David then hangs up the phone, and puts it back into his pocket, and smiles to himslef, as the scene fades out to a commerical break.
Commerical Break.
After the commerical break, the scene opens up in the locker room arena, where David Steel is walking down the hallway of the arena that plays host to this weeks live Smackdown event. Just then Josh Mathews walks up to him holding a micrphone in his hand clearly wanting to get an interview with David about the match on Smackdown.
Josh Mathews: Hey David. I was just wondering if I could get a qiuck interview with you about your up coming match?
David Steel: Well okay then Josh. Ask away.
Josh Mathews: Okay then, well this week will see the last editon of WGEF Smackdown of the year 2006, and you will be going one on one with one half of the World Tag Team Champions, and the United States Champion, Deacon Havoc. Just how are you feeling going into this match?
David Steel: Well Josh, everyone wants to go into the year 2007 with a bang and for some of us Smackdown is the last chance to make a hugh impact going into 2007. And the way I see it, me going into that ring and taking on a top level superstar such as Deacon Havoc, is a chance for me to do just that. I mean think about it a few weeks ago on Raw, I beat the current number one contender for the Undisputed Title, and fomer Undisputed Champion, John Cena, so that shows that I can hang with the big boys here in the WGEF, and if on Smackdown I beat a man who has two Championships at the same time, then it will really put me higher, in the ranks of the WGEF, and if I can go into the year 2007 with two big wins under my belt, then it will only be a matter of time before I'm once again holding a Championship here in the WGEF.
Josh Mathews: Okay then. Now just a little bit ago Deacon gave an interview in the ring where he said that he does not have anything against you, so I was wondering do you have anything against him?
David Steel: Do I have anything against Deacon Havoc? Well Josh, to tell the truth, no I do. I mean I have no reason to have anything against him, I mean I think that he is one of the best wrestlers that we have here in the WGEF, I mean he would not be holding both the United States and World Tag Team Championships, if he was not now would he?
Josh Mathews: Well no I guess not.
David Steel: Right. Now Deacon, I repesct you, and it will be an honer to step into the ring with a wrester such as yourslef, win lose or draw. But I heard you say that this match may be over qickly. Well no diss-repesct to you or anything here, but this match will be far from a quick one, because I will just like I always do, give it my all out there. And your right 2006 will end with a bang, though I have to say I do think that maybe this match should of been the main event, but oh well never mind. Because I'm sure this will be a match of the year style one.
David then walks off the scene fades out to black.
