 The scene opened up backstage, where the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, David Steel is seen walking down the hallway, carrying his World Title Belt over his shoulder, as he is making his to the ringside area. Just then the scene opens up inside of the arena where all of the crowd are cheering, while holding signs for some of their favourite and least favourite WWE superstars. Just then the lights in the arena start to lower changing the lights to from their usual shade of yellow to black as the PA System the starts to play the opening sounds of Fozzy's “Emeny�?into the arena. Different colored lights start to flash on and off throughout the arena. The crowd in the arena then start to boo, as the curtain slowly opens up and David Steel walks though it coming out to the top of the ramp holding his WWE World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder. As the camera gets a good shot of him, he gets to the top of the ramp he stops and looks out into the crowd and holds the World Heavyweight Championship up into the air, as the pyro continues to go off behind him. He then puts the belt back over his shoulder and starts to make his way down the entrance ramp. As he does Lillian gets up out of her chair at ringside, holding her microphone in hand, and starts to announce David’s arrival in the arena.
 
Lillian Garcia: Making his way to the ring, Please welcome from Los Angeles, California�?he is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion.... David Steel.
 
After Lillian has got done announcing she then goes and sits back down in her chair as David reaches the ring and slides into the ring under the bottom rope. He then goes over to the far turnbuckle and jumps up onto the second rope and taunts the crowd and gets a somewhat evil smile on his face as he hears them boo him. He then jumps off of that turnbuckle and walks over to the side of the ring that is next to where Lillian is sitting, he then yells at her to hand him the microphone, as she stands up again and walks over to the ring. As David grabs the microphone off of her she then sits back down in her seat. The lights in the arena go back to normal as the music starts to die down a little bit. David looks into the crowd who where still booing, he gets a fed up look on his face as he adjusts the WWE World Heavyweight Title over his shoulder and then takes off his sunglass before he brings the microphone up to his lips and starts to speak.

David Steel: First of all, you people can just keep your damn mouths shut, because you see your World Heavyweight Champion, has something that he would like to say. Now then people you see here on Brawl I'm going to have to face off with a man who a few weeks ago, was able to defeat the then current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H. That being the man who goes by the name of TJ Powers. Well I'm sure that TJ would just love to be able to say that he defeated a second World Heavyweight Champion, but TJ you see this time, your not going to be facing, just any World Champion, your going to be facing the greatest World Heavyweight Champion in history, the sexist superstar in the WWE today, and the hottest young star in history, none other then yours truely, David Steel. -The crowd then start to boo- Oh, you can boo me all want, it does not really matter. Because you see TJ, you may of beaten Triple H a few weeks ago in a Sledgehammer on a Pole match, but you see TJ, I'm no Triple H. You see tonight you will find out just why David Steel is the hottest young star that ever there was. You see this match for me, is just a warm up for the bigger picture. I mean come on TJ just look at you, and then look at me. I've got it all, I've got talent, yourth, looks and style, I guess that you could say that I have the total package, I mean hell Lex Lugerm he don't have shit on me, I've done more in one year then he ever did in his whole damn career, which makes me not only the REAL Next Big Thing, but also the REAL Total Package as well. -The crowd start to boo, and start chanting 'Asshole' at David- Shut your god damn mouths right now, and start showing me some repesct. I earn more in ten mintues, then you people ever will in your whole damn lifes, you see I'm just better then you people. There is no one better then me, hell there is no one more worthy of being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion then David Steel. That is why when Triple H dropped the ball, the officals here in World Wide Entertainment gave me the World Heavyweight Title, because they knew that I am the only man who can lead this company not only into the year 2008, but into the future as well. They knew that sooner or later that I would of become the Champion anyway, so they just saved me the time of having to kick someone's ass and take it that way. But anyway TJ Powers, I can see and understand that you want to make a name for yourslef, and I know that you think that by beating two people while they are holding the World Heavyweight Championship, in none Title matches, then it would put you in line, to be the next number one contnder for this very Title that currently sits over my sholder, well you see TJ, that is not going to happen, because you will not be beating me here on Brawl, because you my friend don't even begain to match up to someone like me. You to me are no more, then a more talented version of Salman Van Dam, and well that's not really saying anything, because well SVD has zero talent, and you TJ are just about two points higer then Salman. But you are on the same leval of SVD on one thing, that being that you will never ever be in my legeue and you will never beat me. On Brawl you will have no clue what hit you, hell you won't even see it coming untill it is too late, to do anything about it, so I do have a bit of adivce for you. Phone the local hospital, and book yourslef a bed there now to save time, because at least that way, there will be a bed in the hospital waiting for you, once I have beaten the shit right out of you, because people what you are looking at right now is the future of World Wide Entertaiment, and you are eithier part of the furture, or part of the past. And if you chosse to be apart of the past, then you will be run over by me as I lead everyone into their future, because the future is now and the future is.... David Steel.

David gets ab evil smile on his fae, as he tosses the microphone down on to the ring mat, and then holds up the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as his music starts to play out into the arena once again, he then slowly makes his way out of the ring, and starts to head up the ramp way, while the crowd boo him, as he just laughs it off, carrying on up the ramp, making his way back into the locker room area as the scene fades out to black.
