 So then, TJ Powers had finally deicied to show his face, for the first time since his loss at Death Sentence, the very event in which his opponent for Brawl, David Steel had become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Something which did not seem to sit to well with TJ, because of the fact that David has just be awarded the Title, something TJ saw as a 'disgrace'. Though to David it just made perfect sense, as he felt that he was the only superstar in the WWE that truly, deserved to be the World Champion. The titantron flickerd a little inside the arena, and the crowd started to boo as the World Heavyweight Champion, David Steel appeard on the titantron, holding his World Heavyweight Championship over hs sholder, wearing a pair of sun-glasses as he looked into the camera in fount of him and started to speak.

David Steel: TJ Powers, its great to see that you have finally decided to show up in WWE again, I was starting to think that you where going to tuck your tail between your legs and run away over your loss at Death Sentence. But yet your going to suck it up and be a man about it, well good for you. But your bad luck is nowhere near over, oh no. You see your bad luck is only just beginning, and your bad luck will continue though to this weeks upcoming Brawl where you have to go one-on-one with yours truly, your World Heavyweight Champion, the one and only... David Steel. You see I saw your little promo before with your little friend Tanyna, Torrie, Taryne or what ever it is that she is called, really I don't give a crap. But I hear that you think that it is a 'disgrace' to the WWE that at Death Sentence that, I was named the new World Wide Entertainment World Heavyweight Champion. Well that's your opinion, it's wrong, but it's your opinion none the less. You see I don't think of it as a 'digsrace' I see it, as the smartest move made by WWE officals, since they signed me to a contact. You see TJ, Shawn Michaels knew that there was only one man worthly of holding the World Heavyweight Title, and leading the company into the future, and Shawn knew that, that man is ME. And it is like he said before I was the number one contnder when Triple H decided to no show the World Title match at Death Sentence, so its just a case of me being in the right place, at the right time, which is one of the reasons why I am standing here in fount of you all as the World Champion. Now then sure you beat Triple H on Brawl, while he was sitll the Champion, but the way that I see it, that no longer means shit, as Triple H is no longer the Champion, but yet you think that you should of been the one that was named Champion. Well you see you lost your match at Death Sentence, just like you are going to loss your match here on Brawl to the WWE's greatest World Champion in history, the man who has it all. You are going to feel my wrath on Brawl, now you say that you are the 'Dark Dragon'. Well then Dark Dragon or no Dark Dragon, you made a huge miskate TJ, you put a bullseye on your right sholder, in the form of that scar that you so proudly showed off to Tanyna, you see that injury will be your downfall, beause if you think that I'm just going to take it easy on your sholder, then you clearly have no idea of who your dealing with here. Because that scar, like said, is a bullseye, one which I plan on using to my advantage. For you see I'm the type of guy, who will do what ever it takes to reach the top, and to get what I want, I'll take any opening that I can find in order to leave with the victory. Meaning if I have to reopen that scar on your sholder, if I have to make the blood pour out of that gash then I will, if I need to beat your sholder untill it is broken then so be it, and unlike Kruzer I will be the one to finish the job and end your career once and for all if need be. By the way, just what does 'TJ' stand for anyway? Total Jackass? Anyway you think that you are going to make an example out of me? Man that's a good one. No really it is. You can go off somewhere with Terri and let your sholder heal up. Or you can walk down that rampway and get into the ring with me on Brawl, and you can take the worst beating of your life, and have your little 'injury' made twenty times worse. The choice is up to you Powers, but let me just make one thing clear right now. I will not be held accountable for what will happen to you in this match, if this is the last match of your whole career, then it will all be down to you. You will have to be the one to look at yourslef in the mirror everyday, looking down at that sholder of yours looking at that scar that will haunt you for the rest of your life. The scar that will be a reminder to you of how your career came to a crashing end. A reminder of just what can happen, when you cross the path of David Steel. -David then removes his sun-glasses as he looks right into the camera- TJ, I'm giving you one opportunity at a free-pass, all you have to do is forget about this match, and save yourslef a whole load of trouble. But that is all that it will be is a one-chance offer.
