The REAL Next Big Thing::

The Royal Rumble was maybe one of the biggest matches of the year, seeing as the winner would go right into the main event of the biggest Pay-Per-View of the whole year, WrestleMania. And everyone wanted to win the Royal Rumble Match, though there could really be only one winner. The question everyone was asking, was who would be the winner of the 2008 Royal Rumble Match. The cameras opened up backstage in the locker room area, where David Steel was seen inside his locker room along with his wife Kat Sanders. David seemed to be off in his own world, as Kat looked at him, and then sanped her fingers bring David out of his trance, as he turned and looked at her. Kat Sanders: Are you okay babe? David Steel: What? Oh yeah, don't worry, I'm just fine. I was just thinking that's all. Kat Sanders: Oh, what where you thinking about? David Steel: Just the Royal Rumble Match really. I mean Kat this is maybe one of... if not the most importanat matches of the whole year. The winner earns that one way ticket to the main event of the biggest event in history, WrestleMania. This is my chance to make my mark and put my name forever in history, by winning the Royal Rumble, and go on to WrestleMania to face Chris Michaels for the WGEF Championship. But in order to do that I have to go past twenty-nine other superstars, two of which are our fellow Steel-K-O team mates, Lita and Randy Orton. Kat Sanders: Yeah but in many ways that only doubles your odds of winning because after all, like you said you guys should team up in that match and make sure you all make it down to the last three in the match. David reachs into his pocket and takes out the little bit of paper that has his number on it, from when he went to draw his number earlier on, and hands it to Kat, as she looks at it. David Steel: I drew number twenty three. Kat Sanders: Twenty three. Not bad, you could of done a lot worse. David Steel: That's true, I could of drawn number one or something. But anyway regaurdless of the fact if Randy or Lita have been eliminated by the time the buzzer sounds for number twenty three and I make my way down to that ring. I'm going there with just one goal in mind, and one goal only. and that is to throw at least seven other people over the top rope win the 2008 Royal Rumble, and go on to main event WrestleMania. And I am not going to let anyone stand in my way of that goal. I will do what ever it takes, to become the top man in the WGEF once again.

Todd Grisham: Hey David, I was just wondering if I could get a quick word with you, about the upcoming Royal Rumble Match? David Steel: Well whatever, just make it quick okay. Todd Grisham: Okay. Now David as everyone knows you have entered your name into the 2008 WGEF Royal Rumble Match. I was just wondering how do you feel about your odds going into this match? David Steel: How do I feel about my odds in this match. Well Todd its like they say, the Royal Rumble match is all about the luck of the draw. It all depends on what number you draw in the Rumble. If you get a number between one and fifteen, your chances are not seen to be all that good. Get a number from sixteen to twenty five, and your chances are seen to be a bit better. And from numbers twenty six to thitry  your odds are seen to be really good. Now my odds are in the middle seeing as a drew number twenty three in this years Royal Rumble Match.
