The scene then cuts to Chris Jericho in his locker room, he is taking a drink from a bottle of water, while watching a TV, which is showing the talk Jimmy Voltz had with his Chris’s wife Trish Stratus-Jericho, about leaving Chris to go with Jimmy. Chris could feel his blood boil over at this, but at the same time knew he would have to go about this carefully, as any rash movements could cause him to lose Trish all over again, something he does not want to risk happing, as he carried on watching he heard Jimmy say, that he would be willing to do anything for Trish, on hearing this a small kind of grin came on Jericho’s face, as if he had thought of something funny.. Chris then tossed the bottle down on to the floor, and made his was out of the locker room. As he was walking down the hallway, he was stopped by Maria, who had a microphone in her hand.* Maria: Chris I was wondering, if I could get a word with you about a few things? Chris Jericho: Okay then Maria, go right ahead. Maria: Well Chris, as you know at the Survivor Series, you will be on of six men to walk into the Elimination Chamber Match, for the WGEF Undisputed Championship. Now you have been in this kind of match before, in fact you where in the first ever Elimination Chamber match, which just so happened to also take place at a Survivor Series event. So you must be feeling a little bit good about going into this match. Chris Jericho: You could say that Maria. You see like me, two of the others in this match, namely John Cena and Triple H, have also been in this kind of match, but unlike me they have also won Elimination Chamber matches before. But you see the three of us all know what we are getting into in this match, because we have been there before. And also all three of us have been a World Champion before as well. I mean after all I was the first ever Undisputed Champion in history, and I know that everyone will say that I’m living in the past, that every chance I get, I bring up the fact that I was the first ever Undisputed Champion in history. Well I know for a fact that they would do the same in my shoes. Maria: What makes you think that Chris? Chris Jericho: Well Maria, I was about to get to that before you cut me off. You see Triple H time, after time, after time, goes on and on about being The Game, The King Of Kings, the ten time World Champion, you see people will also bring up the past. It’s a fact a life, but the key is not to just live in the past, but to also look to the future at the same time. Now sure lately, I’ve not been on top form, hell Jimmy Voltz said it himself, I’ve been losing more lately then I have been winning. But everyone has a point in time where they are in a bit of a slump, and you see Maria that can bring out the best in someone, knowing that there back is up to the wall, being the underdog, being the one everyone overlooks, and its when that happens its all that person needs to get out of that slump, and prove he has what it takes. Maria: Speaking of Jimmy Voltz, its become quite clear lately that he would like to take your wife, Trish Stratus-Jericho away from you, how does that make you feel? Chris Jericho: How does it make me feel? Well Maria sure it makes me feel like I want to rip him in half, and kill him, but I think that something will beat me to killing him. And that is the fact that he is a drug addict. That’s right I said it. Jimmy Voltz is a drug addict. Now I know that some people will come down on me for saying that, but frankly I really don't give a damn, because it’s the truth, he is no more then a drug addict. What I’m most concerned with is keeping my wife no matter what the cost Maria: Cost? He’s charging you to keep your own wife Chris that’s terrible. How much is he charging you? Chris Jericho: He’s not actually charging me to keep her you imbecile. What I’m saying is that no matter what the circumstances are I’ll do whatever it takes to keep Trish. Maria: Oh I get it! Could you give us some examples? Chris Jericho: You really are dense aren’t you? Maria: Dense, what’s that? Chris Jericho: (groans) Never mind. What it all boils down to Maria is this; no matter what Voltz throws at me I’ll be ready for it and do everything in my power to overcome it. He can use every trick in the book he wants to but it won’t do him a damn bit of good�? Maria: Why not Chris? Chris Jericho: Simple Maria, I’m going to be one step ahead of him. You see I’ve been studying tape after tape of his past matches watching for his weaknesses and they’ve provided me with quite a bit of worthwhile information that will help me greatly. Maria: What information would that be? Chris Jericho: Nice try Maria but I’m not going to tell you. If I were to do that I might as well just go to Voltz locker room and tell him myself. Maria: I wouldn’t�? Chris Jericho: Just get on with the ridiculous questions so I can get on to more important things. Maria: Very well. A little bit ago you said that you knew all of Jimmy Voltz weaknesses, well you’ve forgotten one…your wife Trish. Chris Jericho: I have not forgotten his desire for Trish, actually it’s the main thing I’m focused on. His desire to have Trish all to himself is very evident and will soon prove to be his biggest weakness of all. He’s got his mind focused all around Trish and getting into her pants that he’s forgotten all about me. Sure he’s got me stuck in the back of his mind but by the time he remembers I’m there it’s going to be too late for him to do anything about it. Maria: He has been seen approaching Trish asking her to choose after Survivor Series whether she wants to be with you or him�? Chris Jericho: He can approach her all he wants to but that’s not going to help him in any way. Push come to shove Trish will go the way she wants to, what matters now is this Elimination Chamber and Jimmy Voltz�?title. What he fails to concern himself with is being in that ring with me and four other men who all want a piece of him. Jimmy keeps going the way he is right now and not only will he lose his chance at having Trish but he will lose his precious Undisputed Title that he claims is so important to him. If you ask me Maria, I’ll bet that he jerks off to it every night before going to sleep. But of course also keeping Trish is on of my main goals going into this match. Maria: Well if he cares about it that much then he really should be more worried about losing it. Chris Jericho: My point exactly. He’s got John Cena, Sayo, Triple H, Jason James and myself each wanting to claim that title as our own. Sure Sayo isn’t a challenge for him but there are plenty in there that will be. I may not have faced him very many times, if at all, but I can tell you that right now he’s sitting in his locker room holding onto the Undisputed Title belt thinking that he can go into Survivor Series and beat every one of us easily. While that may be true in some cases I’ve got to much riding on the line to take him that easily. I’ve got my wife and one of the most richest prizes in the wrestling industry today to think about and I take that very�? very seriously. Now Maria if you do not mind I have other things that I need to take care of. *Chris just looks at Maria for a about a minute before he walks off. He walks down the hallway and heads to the office/locker room that he shares with his wife Trish Stratus-Jericho. He walks into the room, and sees his wife sitting at her desk working on some things, she looks up as she sees him enter the room. Trish then gets up and walks over to him, the two share a quick kiss, before they look at each waiting for the other to start to speak* Chris Jericho: Look Trish, I know you must have a lot on your mind right now, what with Jimmy Voltz asking you to leave me and join up with him. Trish Stratus-Jericho: Well you could say that Chris yeah. Chris Jericho: Yeah, and I know I’m in the Elimination Chamber match with him. But Trish I wanted to speak with you heart to heart, so to say about this whole thing that going on lately. Trish Stratus-Jericho: Okay then Chris. Chris Jericho: Look I think that he is just using you Trish, people like him are all the same, they see a women in power, and they try to use them to get what they want, in this case, a real easy road to keeping the WGEF Undisputed Championship. I mean people like Jimmy Voltz, only care about one person, and one person only. Themselves. And they will use and hurt anyone they can to get what they want. Trish Stratus-Jericho: Well I guess that you do have a point there. Chris Jericho: Yeah and well, Trish think about it, if you where with him, every night when you go to bed, in the back of your mind, you will always have to think, will I wake up to find him next to me, dead from a drug overdose. I mean I don’t want you to have to go though that Trish, I love you and I care about you more then anything. Jimmy does not, he just wants to get in your pants so he can try and make this place the way he wants it to be. A place where everyone smokes, and takes drugs and damn near throws there life’s down the loo, by filling there bodies with what ever drugs they can get there hands on. Trish Stratus-Jericho: I see where you’re coming from there Chris, I really do, and I understand that you are looking out for my best interest here. Chris Jericho: Your right Trish, I am looking out for your best interest here. That’s one of my main goals right now, to look out for your best interest. And that is something Jimmy Voltz does not even give a dam about. I mean he flashes his Title Belts in front of you trying to show off, but what he is really trying to say is, ‘please be with me Trish, so I can make sure that I’ll never lose these titles�? Trish Stratus-Jericho: You think so Chris? Chris Jericho: No Trish I don’t think so. I know so. I mean Trish I was with you back in the WWE, before you became an owner here in the WGEF, so you know that I’m with you again now, because I love you, and will never try and use your power as an owner to get what I want. Jimmy on the other hand, would use your power to get what he wants. But I have to say, in some ways I wish that you had not agreed to referee this match. Trish Stratus-Jericho: Oh, how come? Chris Jericho: Trish, I’ve been inside that Elimination Chamber three times in the past, I was in the first ever one. I’ve seen and felt what it does to everyone who enters it, and even the referee is not safe in it. Now I’m not saying that you can’t look out for yourself, because I know that you can. But I just don’t want anything going wrong out that, and you getting hurt because of it. Trish Stratus-Jericho: I know that, but don’t worry I’ll be careful. Chris Jericho: I know you will. But I’m still worried about this thing with Jimmy, I don’t want you to be taken in by his lies, I mean Trish think about it, for the past year I have put my career on the side line for you and Crystal, I’ve put my whole career on hold really, so I can be there for you two and make sure that I am always there for you, if that does nor prove that I care about you more then anyone else could ever care about you, then I don’t know what will. Trish Stratus-Jericho: True I guess. Chris Jericho: Yeah, and in my mind Jimmy has not done a damn thing to prove that he cares about you. This match is more about keeping you to me, then it is winning the Undisputed Championship. Trish Stratus-Jericho: That’s really sweet Chris. Chris Jericho: Yeah, well I have some last minute things, that I need to take care of before the match. Trish Stratus-Jericho: Okay Chris. Envy is Ignorance...Imitation is Suicide.
