What Kind of Faith?
"Faith" that your lights will come on if you flip the switch is human faith and based on predictable results from human ingenuity and logic, and not on the Word of God, which ususally goes AGAINST what one would expect or believe.
No one is saved by human faith. One must have the faith of GOD to be saved.
God's faith takes Him at His Word and believes Him IN SPITE OF the evidence, not because the evidence points to it as being so.
God's faith believes because God said so, even if there is no apparent result such as the "lights coming on".
Your faith is human faith and cannot save anyone for human faith contains nothing of a moral or a spiritual nature and is ordinary, not supernatural. It takes supernatural faith to receive a supernatural salvation.
