Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterians and many others are a "Christian Body of Believers"?

Are you sure? How do you know?

There could be a person in any of those denominations that is saved, Just as easily there could be a person sitting in the pews that is not saved.

And you are not including the ones you don't like... could there be a saved individual in any of them?

When and where in the Bible did you learn that only certain denominations are Christian and believers and the others are unworthy.

I can't accept that, Mr Wonder. Being in a denomination does not insure that one is saved.

It sounds to me like you are placing belonging to an earthly denomination as more important that being saved into the Body of Crist. Surely that is not what you are saying?
