The church in the wilderness is not the Body of Christ but the Church at Jerusalem and the Gentile church are all one Church - the Body of Christ.

If you can understand that the Church in the wilderness is not the Body of Christ.... and you consider that the Church which was at Jerusalem is also made up of Jews and gentiles that blessed Israel... (similar to the church in the wilderness as it was a mixed group of people that left Egypt), you should be able to see that the Church the Body of Chirst is different from either of the others. It is a new Body of believers that is different from either of the other two. The Church which was at Jerusalem has more in common with the church in the wilderness than the Church which is the Body of Christ has with either of them.
