I have recently purchased a 1963 l60. the body is in great shape but I need some help finding mechanical parts. Some things that I'm looking for are: suspension lift, complete brake system, possible electronic ignition switch from points? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try Jim Morrow in New Mexico.  He's very knowledgeable and he has several Patrols that he is parting out.   he's at:  [email protected]  or call him at 505-455-3567

Try MSD Ignitions in El Paso Texas.  915-855-7123 They are less expensive then Jacobs and don't try to sell you and Ingnition for a 800hp 10000rpm go getter.

Make your own shackles or talk to your local machine shop , I've talked to a couple of manufactures and they don't want to bother with just a couple of sets.  They also have a problem with the bolts being threaded into the shackel.

Try some addaleafs that are the same width as the springs you currently have. Should cost no more than $60.
