Chicken Wraps With Mexican Cole Slaw


Ingredients

  • 1 pound prepared cole slaw (about 2 cups)
  • 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 package (about 1-1/4 pounds) PERDUE® FIT ‘N EASY® Fresh Thin-Sliced Chicken Breast Cutlets
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 4 (8-inch) flavored or plain flour tortillas

Procedure

Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat grill or broiler.
  • In medium bowl, thoroughly combine cole slaw, chilies and cumin; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally, 4 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and cut into thin strips.
  • To assemble wraps, evenly fill each tortilla with Mexican cole slaw and chicken strips.
  • Roll to enclose filling.
