HOW TO INSERT A SIGNATURE INTO POST

How do I insert a signature into a message on the board?
After you have right clicked on your signature that has been made for
you and saved it to your hard drive, do the
following things while logged into the group you are going to upload the
photo to:
1. Select a new message or reply to an existing message.
2. On the tool bar, click the little icon that looks like a yellow
square with mountains and a circle in it.
 3. If you have it
uploaded to an MSN group directory, (either your
own, or one you belong to), then choose the group
it is in, on the left, the folder it was put into and the graphic that
you want....  click on the photo to highlite the little red borber around it.
Then click "Add Photo".

***If you do not have it uploaded to a group***
4. Choose the tab that says "My computer"
5. Choose "browse" find where you stored your signature on your hard
drive and click on it.
6. Choose "Open"
7. Click the "Add photo" button.
8. The photo will automatically be inserted in the post (takes time),
but maybe a bit large in size.
9. To "size" the photo, click the photo after it has completed opening.
Little white boxes will appear at the corners and sides. Move the
mouse to the upper left corner of the photo and a little handle will
appear. Holding the mouse down drag the box horizontally down toward
the bottom right corner. You will probably have to repeat to get it
exactly the size you wish.

Thats all there is to it

ADDING A SIGGY TO A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT

Adding Siggy to your hotmail account is not very difficult but it

has not been explained nicely anywhere and I have repeatedly
faced question in this regard from the members and other
friends.  Hence, I have decided to put up a seperated
tutorial page regarding this and I hope you all benefit from it.

Step 1.    Open the page where your siggy is , it may be in a
post, if it is in a message post or the page in the Album
if it is in a Album.

Step 2.     Keeping the page under Step 1 open,  go to your
hotmail account and click  Options.

Step 3.     There are many Options here but you need to click
signatures.  A customised  dialogue page opens in a small box.

Step 4.     Select the siggy from the page referred in Step 1
using your mouse.  Pass the mouse the left button pressed
over the animated siggy from left to right so that it becomes
highlighted as blue.

Step 5.     Click Ctrl + C key once the image is highlighted
( note Ctrl + C stands from Copy).

Step 6.     Go back to the signature page opened in your
hotmail account.  You will find that there are many buttons
in the customised page.  Click on the third  one on the top row
which when you hover the mouse over it reads "paste text".
The siggy copied in Step 5 will now appear within the
customised box.  (Another option is to go to the signature
page and type Ctrl + V , Ctrl + V stands for paste).

Step 7.     Depending on where you like your siggy to appear
use the Second row on the customised page buttons.
Note:  this will work only if the siggy image is still selected,
if it is not selected, select it again using the same method
or simply clicking on it and then move it either to the left or
middle or the right as you would like it to appear.

Step 8.      There are two buttons in the right end of the
customised box, outside it.  OK and cancel.  Click on OK and
your siggy is in its place.

Step 9.      Send yourself a blank mail and check the siggy, any
addition or alteration, you can repeat the process by going to
Options again.
