1 ..... brown meat in margirine
2 ..... add ... seasonings, onion and water (enough water to cover meat) simmer at
least 1 hour.... 2-3 hours better
3 ..... add celery ... continue to cook for 1/2 hour
4 ..... add carrots... continue to cook for another 1/2 hour
5 ..... add potatoes, peas, corn and tomato juice .... continue to cook until potatoes are
done ... approximately 1/2 hour
6 ..... thicken with a water and flour mixture ...
7 ..... serve ... You may want to cut the recipe in half .... this will feed a small army
