Spicy Chicken Wings (party Appetizers)

Ingredients

You can change the amount of sauces to create a flavor to your liking.

8 Bags chicken wings frozen (about 4 pounds each)
8 Cups soy sauce
1/2 cup to 2 cups Hot Pepper Sauce
2 Cups Water
2 Cups Vegetable oil
3/4 Cup Cornstarch
8 Teaspoons ground ginger
4 Teaspoons Minced Garlic

Procedure

Place frozen wings on baking sheets that have been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes or until thickened. Drain wings; transfer to large roasting pans. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 60-70 minutes, stirring occasionally.
