Chicken Wraps With Mexican Cole Slaw
Ingredients - 1 pound prepared cole slaw (about 2 cups)
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 package (about 1-1/4 pounds) PERDUE® FIT ‘N EASY® Fresh Thin-Sliced Chicken Breast Cutlets
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 4 (8-inch) flavored or plain flour tortillas
Procedure Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill or broiler. In medium bowl, thoroughly combine cole slaw, chilies and cumin; refrigerate until ready to use. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally, 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and cut into thin strips. To assemble wraps, evenly fill each tortilla with Mexican cole slaw and chicken strips. Roll to enclose filling. | Ready In: 10 minutes |
