- You can't tag the tagger for 24 hours

- You can only tag someone if you are it (which you are!)

- You must tag someone - but only if you catch
them posting.  You will know this by looking at the
date and time of their post. Your post in this thread
to "Tag" a posting person should fall within the same
time frame (5 minutes) that they are posting.

- You must not forget you are it, or we will all remind you!
