Administrate at your own discretion and ofcourse always advised to discuss with your doctor if in any case your interested but at the same time unsure and feel the need to seek further confirmation.
Herbs are known for thier comfort and healing properties. They are safe with proper administration that is provided on that given product.
If anything irritates or upsets discontinue use.

Some people find it difficult to enable their selves to relate food as a good source for the outer body as we all know it  to be for the inner body.
Food is wonderful! especially fruits and vegtables.
Do-It-Your-Self...normally translates into ~CHEAPER~MORE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET~
Rather than purchase the supposed  product targeted for that specific problem . When most contian chemicals and such that is not neccisarily needed in your body or even not good for it.
Before there were stores or pharmacies or the creation of chemicals, humans relied in our own ohhh so trusted earth and what we can get from it after putting into it. (the give and take cycle)
