Did you first get your Chatname and then password and then chat button? You might want to also make sure that your security level is set to all the room. It might be considered a pop up especially if Internet Explorer. |

Clear your cache, make sure you have cookies enabled, and out of curiosity what browser are you using? |

What happens when you try to clear your cache? It should be easy to do with the click of a button. |

Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files. Also, download and install CCleaner ( http://www.ccleaner.com), it'll help keep your temporary internet files under control. It's a nice little utility. If you don't know what version of Internet Explorer you're using (you should see it on the splash screen when you open it), click on Help and scroll to About. If you're running Windows XP, you should be able to run Internet Explorer 7. I found when I had difficulty getting into chat that made the difference for me. |

| Thanks Katie0 finally got in changed to internet explorer 7 and it let me know i had to install Java sorry to be so much trouble knew i had gotten in before must have uninstalled java thanks again much appreciated. M | | | |
