I'm new to this website.  I have PKD and PLD; was diagnosed when I was 32.  I am now 65 and have just begun dialysis.  I wonder if anyone else has experienced this symptom, which I have had for several years. 

 

When I eat out in a restaurant and am sitting in a straight-back chair for a time, I often get a pain in my side (either left or right), like a "stitch" that a person gets after they've been running.  It's very painful and is only relieved when I get home and lay down.
