The "experts" on our  panel will be 4 PKD patients who will discuss their real life experience before, during, and after transplantation. <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Panelist include a mix of recipients who were gifted kidneys from living donors, as well as those who wait-listed a cadaver donor. <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

Of special interest, the "paired donation" process will be discussed by the living donor recipient and her husband; who performed the ultimate act of human kindness by anonymously gifting his kidney to a stranger, to enable his wife to receive "a perfect match" in-kind. We will also hear the amazing story of a truly heroic mother, who gifted her kidney just prior to discovering her daughter had PKD.<o:p></o:p>
