Snickers Salad 6 full size Snickers bars (chilled and chopped) 6 apples (red or green or both) chopped into bite sized pieces 12 oz. container of Cool Whip 1 5 oz. box instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry) ½ cup caramel ice cream topping Mix cool-whip and dry pudding mix together. Combine with chopped apples and chopped Snickers. Melt the caramel topping in the microwave just enough to drizzle, do not heat through. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of mixed salad. Sprinkle with peanuts for additional garnish. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
