Just curious how long do you like the ridge? Hers is from in between her shoulder blades to her hips. Don’t worry I don’t hate you J we all have our own preferences. If I couldn’t take the criticism I wouldn’t have put her pic up. I enjoy the input from others. As long as it is constructive and not outright mean.

I give an 8, bottom of ridge seems to fade a little instead of clear definition.

I feed Nutrience Supreme dry dog food free fed, and ¼ can Nutrience, Duck, Rabbit & potatoes, once a day with 1 tbsp sea kelp and 1 tsp herring oil mixed in every day. I have found this gives her a wonderful shiny coat and keeps her in great condition all the way around. She loves it too so that’s a bonus.

I tried to get a pic of her ridge with her sitting but she kept turning her head to look at me and itmade the ridge  look crooked. LOL  Ill have to sneak up behind her and try to get that shot.

Hi,Mary Ann!

Beautiful dog pictures is not easy to get, need time - patient - emotions and some time you need some lucks. It's difficult also to take picture alone, most my dogs picture are getting along with the help of my wife, if not I could not even get one.....

Apart dry food and canned food, sometime I feed boils potatoes/carrot mixed with 1 tsp olive oil. Not so bad for keeping shining coat but like to know what is sea kelp?

a 6. I prefer longer ridge, even if lenght does not matter by new Standard. Bad picture I think, the upper part and the bottom part does not seem to be well defined, only middle part. But I think the ridge would look better from another angle...
