There is no denying Yod is a very very good looking dog. Quite striking with a lovely expression.   But in my opinion he has too much cheek and a very high forhead.  I have noticed a lot of people seem to like a lot of cheek bone, it is quite nice to look at, but I dont think it's correct so I give 8 points.  I would be interested to know if this is the look people prefer??? is this what our TRD of the future will look like?

Yod;

Head Conformation:  Overall very powerful effect.   Could use more fill under the eyes. This would create a smoother line to the cheeks, which now are too prominant. The forhead and foreface are too wide. The eyes set too wide apart. The stop is too severe. Ears correct size and fit well on this dogs head, but on a more primitive TRD, the ears would be set a bit more to the side. Over all too muscled of a head, though completely striking, it is head that has some other breed strongly influencing it, perhaps a bully breed.  3 points

Eyes:  Correct almond shape. Color could be darker, but the color is matched to this dogs incredible red coat.  2 points

Pigmentation:  Very nice correct pigmentation. 2 points

7 points for Yod

To much cheeks and a high forehead. I think he should have less stop.  A picture from the side would be better to see his muzzle.
Very good pigmentation

My favorite one !!!!LOL
Better stop than his sire Mangkorn and didn't change his eyes posision.
Measure triangulare from any side, from top of skull to nose and nose to the base of cheek are equal the same measurement from both side of skull to the nose.
Ears size are mini triangulare match to the size of skull.
His fault are the eyes expression, appear little agressiveness when conbine on the heavy looks forehead, but my opinion is male should look like a male, a male should not appear too lovely in eyes expression.

9 for Yod

Yod has a strong totality and charisma, and could have been his own race!!  That's why he also differs from typical TRD, which this judgement is based on  :
His eyes are too "cattish", and his nose turns upwards (as far as I can see..?)...Too big cheek mussles.
Lovely ears and wonderful bright color!

I give him 7

Head 4
Eyes 1
Pigmentation 2 (10 if possible!!)

I like the middle picture best.
Yod has a head that I prefer, although I know it is not typical TRD in appearence and also lack a primitive look.
I love his strong head and cheeks. Very powerful look, has the ability to look very "bad" and scary.
Correct shape of eyes with a very attractive eyeliner. eyes could be a bit darker, but really do not bother me.
excellent pigmentation.
nice wrinkles on forehead.
good ears.
stop could be a bit less severe.
he is on the edge to a look that is too "bully", but has not crossed the line (at least I don´t think he has).
This is how I want a TRD male head to look like.
I am very sad about that I never got the opportunity to see him in real life!
maybe his head is not so correct for a TRD that he deserves more than 8 points, but from my personal preference I give him...
