This is exactly the reason my pet pups are spayed /neutered before they leave my home and most of my show/breeding dogs are co-owned. I want to be able to monitor the breeding of these dogs as best I can. With a co-ownership it forces them to advise me when there are pups because I have to sign the papers. That way I know where and when there are pups from my lines. There is only so much pre-screening we can do to try and find the best homes. There will always be the person out there who will sell to anyone I just have no intention on being one of those.
