Siam is now 1½ years old and we have been at 3 shows. She won till now : 1 Very Promising puppy 1 Best Puppy in breed 2 Exellent 3 First place 2 BIB 2 Danish Certificates 2 Cacibs Copenhagen winner 2008 We need a bit of competition tho so the results does not say much so i would love it if you would lend me an eye again and give me your opinion of her today - i am looking for a suitable male for her to breed her early next year and would love if you had any suggestions in that aspect too. Hi NJOY, Her overall structure and appearance is very very nice... Since her tail is dwon,i can not comment on it, but i think you need a male with better color to start, and a male that is equal to her structure.. her rear is very nice and topline as well. overall, I think she is a quality botch..good luck with her. |

Hi!
I think Siam is very pretty. I gave her my critique earlier, when she was younger. She hasn´t changed much; she looked good then and she still does! I would prefer her having a bit bigger/stronger ribcage. If I were You I would seek a red male with solid color, similar construction but stronger ribcage.
Kind regards/Susanne Roberton |

From this photo it appears she has well let down hocks, beautiful top and underline! Her tail set is nice, although as discussed, the tail itself seems to be too short. I like her head planes and expression ver much. Neck set is good. I'd like more shoulder angulation. Without seeing how she actually moves, I'd find a male to improve her shoulder angulation but not one that would take away from her great rear angulation. All things in moderation. Find a male with the strengths that will add to her. What do you wish to see improved? |

Im thinking colour as an important issue - her colour isnt solid or enough so im looking for a : Dark Red prefereably with a black mask or Black male I need a bit more tail on her and i would like e bit more feminine expression shes more masculine than many TRD bitches i have seen. About the shoulders i am not sure i understand you correctly can you post a picture of a dog that has what youre talking about so i can compare and see what you mean. But Foremost Siam is a VERY calm and balanced dog and i need a stud that has the same qualities - as it for me is important to breed dogs with a very strong stabile mentality and a good temper.
