All of you !

You are asking to place the Trd line drawing below in order of merit and play a placement decisions. See which kind of shape are more preferable in our TRD outline, they have the same body proportion 10 : 11 but looks different in appearance when something have missing.
Just play for fun........

A.  Overall best balance and type. Good arch to neck. Strong head and ear set.
C.  Not as good ears, head smaller and neck not as strong nor set as well on shoulders.  Chest not deep enough.
D.  I don't like the placement of the neck on the shoulder assembly. Underjaw looks weak. Rear angles too straight.
B.  Short upper arms. Short croup. Ewe neck. Bottom line too severe from chest to tuck up. Not enough rear angle.

Serge, this was difficult as the differences were subtle! Fun though.

Serge, The UK dog newspaper Dog World ran a series of these judge the outline competitions for a while last year - it is fun - but I think I know what tricks to look out for - also we have a UK library book will give you the same !!!!

At first A-C-D-B,
At  first I only saw the upperlines and tail...
Then, I noticed the faces,
Then the legs...and angulation.
Then I listened to Fabia....
Oh, it was much more difficult than I thought......
What to do?
I disqualify for ridgefault.  He has no ridge!= 0

A .  1 Muzzle is not correct, too much lips.
       2. Too much rear angulation for TRD
       3. Underline seems deep enough but without correct ribcage.
B .   1. Long and narrow jaw. it will have a narrow foreface.
       2. Weak boby
       3. Incorrect underline and lack of general tuck up
       4. Level croup
C .   1.Muzzle is not correct, too much lips.
       2. Too much rear angulation for TRD
       3. Weak shoulder
       4. Incorrect underline and lack of general tuck up
D.    My first place is equally masculine, sound, balanced and typey but without a great rear angulation and arch neck ,
looks less elegance than A but it's correct proportion in TRD.

My placement is :    D  -   A   -   B   -   C
They are very similar, just different in underline and rear angulation, but  can looks totally difference in overall appearance.

Oh well  - I got 1/4 correct. But looking at everyones comments I would still only change to DBCA - I still hate A - not sure why now - just do!!!!
If i was a judge I'd give D the first prize and run away leaving the steward to argue with the others!!!!

Fabia !

When selected stud for breeding, there are something different between OVER and LESS. I prefer over than less, over can approved bitch for betterment, that's why I choose A for my second place.

Serge I am the opposite - I prefer over bitch and medium dog - less risk!!!
So far I am so cautious I cant breed RR s - all the ones I want (puppies) the breeders want to keep - so I need 2 more 'lucky strikes' (like when I got my boy - I knew better quality than the breeder) or I wait for my friend to get S African AI like my old girls 'line' and hope it works!!!
If Meechi ever breeds they will be funny puppies - mothers TRD blind and RR super-mean but loves kids and fathers super dominant ESS and super sweet RR. They will have split personalities!!!!!!
(Meechi wont be able to make them behave like her as the ESS maks HER behave like him!!!)
Fun to think about.
