This is the latest production for the AK family. Specifically redesigned for the AK-74 5.45 x 39mm rifle, this new ergo bayonet has a new style blade, which is a bit longer than the old pattern AKM type. It still cuts wire. Missing also is the wrist thong. A newly designed grip has also replace the old style. Nearly identical to it's Russian brother, this bayonet is made at Factory 10 in Bulgaria. Serial number 1890, placed in the typical Eastern Bloc fashion. This bayonet will fit on any 7.62 x 39mm AKM rifle also. |
