This is either someone's strange idea of a "custom" submachine gun or someone with too much discretionary cash run amok.  (I cannot tell if this is a full auto MP5 with a suppressor or a semi-auto clone with a dummy suppressor.  Either way, it seems a pretty silly way to dress-up a firearm.)
