Well, today's my birthday and it comes on the fifth anniversary of the WTC and Pentagon attacks.  Five years after the passengers on Flight 93 decided to take their Islamist hijackers down to save more casualties at the Capitol or White House.

Never forget 9/11 was America's wakeup call to World War III.  Half of us rolled over and went back to sleep.  That's a luxury we can ill afford with this fanatical and ruthless enemy.

We see more than a few people thinking that they can appease the Islamofascists that want to destroy Western Civilization and replace it with some 7th century utopia.  These useful idiots (in V.I. Lenin's terms) will be the first to be executed if the Islamists win.

We are witnessing a replay of the 1939-1940 interlude after the fall of Poland.  The period when the continental Europeans still thought they could buy-off Hitler and his Nazis.  In reality it was the calm before the Spring Blitzkreig that left only Great Britain to face the enemy.  The appeasers found themselves at the mercy of their occupiers.  The lights of freedom went out on the Continent for five long, brutal years.  Millions died before they were turned back on.

What we need are fewer Neville Chamberlains and more Winston Churchills in this fight.  Most importantly, we need the will to win it, because to lose would doom future generations to a new dark age.
