ye ,the only people that had to hand in there firearms were law abiding ones..the gangs  still have firearms.Bikie gang leader was capped just last week in down south.(sydney) . I wonder if the person that did it  has a licence and that handgun is registered.? . But hey in  the eye of the public our great leader John . w. Howard has made australia a safter palace ?.
