Can't help on the rings, but I can help on the whole rig for the 03A4 Springfield (Sniper's).  Go to www.collectorssource.com.  When you get to the web page, type '03A4', hit SEARCH to go to spot; they have a series of photos of the set up: Weaver 330 scope, rings, and Redfield base for CAN$600.  Collector's Source, P.
